Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING

All orders made before noon will be prepared and packed for shipping within two (4) business days (or 96 hours).  All orders made afternoon will be counted as the next business day and will need to allow for two (2) additional business days for preparation and packaging.  All orders purchased over the weekend will be processed the next business day and treated as an order made before noon.

All customers  will be sent as confirmation of shipping with tracking details included.  All orders will be shipped and tracked by USPS (United States Postal Services).

Please allow USPS 5-8 business days for domestic delivery.

In the event you experience one of the following shipping errors:

  • Wrong/Incorrect or Misspelled Shipping Address Provided to flirtygems.com

  • USPS/Or Local Post Office Forwarding Error

The J4 Productions team does not assume liability for these errors and will NOT reship any lost or undelivered orders/shades due to these errors.  

If for whatever reason the order is returned to J4 Productions by the post office due to lack of forwarding information or incorrect address (not at the fault of J4 Productions, the customer will be notified via email.  In order for the customer to receive the package, the customer will be liable for an additional fee of $15 USD which includes the J4 Production shipping fee and an additional handling fee in order to get the package reshipped.  The fee must be paid in full by the customer before the order will be re-shipped.

In the event the customer should not receive his/her order due to incorrect shipping at the fault of J4 Productions the order will be fulfilled and re-shipped to the customer at no cost to the consumer.  As we would, in this situation, try our best to expedite order fulfillment and shipping, please note the order is still subject to standard order packaging and shipping timeline and could take up to four (4) business days before shipment.
